Please allow a minimum of:
- One working day for processing
(Orders taken before 5pm will be processed on the day itself)
(Orders taken after 5pm will only be processed on the next working day)
Your order can be delivered the next working day after processing
Please note that the earliest date of delivery for orders after 1pm (1300hrs) on Saturdays till the next Monday will be on Tuesday.
There is an additional $6 surcharge for deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays (Kindly contact us or state in the comments of your order to make an arrangement)
We currently do not offer any time-slot based delivery option. However, we are able to provide you with an estimate of the time of arrival based on your location (See table below)
Our Sales Representatives will be handling all orders till 5pm during the weekdays and till 1pm on Saturdays.
- Please place your orders at least one working day in advance of the delivery.
- Log in/Register your account at our website.
- Select your items from our wide array of products featured and add them to your Shopping Cart.
- Check-out the items via the shopping cart.
- Once your order has been received, you will be contacted by our Sales representative via telephone to confirm your orders as well as the final price.
- Upon verbal confirmation, you will be able to make payment using either cash (COD), cheques, or through PayNow.
Please notify our staff of any changes or cancellation as soon as possible with at least one day prior to the delivery date.
- Payment will be made to our delivery staff upon receiving of goods.
- Kindly indicate to our Sales representative or during checkout that you are using PayNow for payment. Upon confirmation of your order via the telephone and the final price, please make a payment via PayNow to our company's UEN: 200105920z. Do note that goods will only be released upon confirmation of funds received.

Yes, you may place Bulk Orders (In Cartons) at WHOLESALE PRICES (Please contact our staff at 6897 8378 to find out more).
Do take note that a minimum order of $150 is required for free delivery should you place a bulk order.
