Golden-brown potato patties which are irresistibly fluffy on the inside. Each bite reveals a blend of seasoned mashed potatoes, aromatic herbs and a touch of spice. Perfect as a snack or a delightful side in your Mee Soto or Nasi Padang.

Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat at about 160°C.
2. Dip potato cutlet in a beaten egg and fry directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the cutlet, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt)
3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.

Air fry/Bake:
1. Place potato cutlet in air fryer or oven without thawing
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over potato cutlet
3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.
